Thank you for the suggestions. Medical is something with.
Reservation system is not really required as we already having PHP > Booking Systems.

multiscraper 5 months agoFrederick, you may simply add one more field "Propose your own topic" at the "Submit new item form" near the "Select a category" choice and then you may approve it or decline during approving the item
